Text Tutorial:
This one is pretty simple and can be gained either through progressing along through the story or By "grinding for it"
To get it by playing through the story and other method:
Simply as your progress through the story and run into the creatures that hop around (Like rabbits). What you'll want to do is get close enough to get them to react to you by expanding in size like a bubble and quickly jumping out of the reach of the explosion so it dosen't kill you. After doing this you have 2 choices, Continue through the story and repeat this process for the next 4 you find or Find a way to kill your self after the first one and then repeat the process on the same one as earlier, If you do this simply rinse and repeat 4 times until you unlock the achievement.
