This one is pretty simple and can be gained either through progressing along through the story or by grinding for it like usual
To get it by playing through the story:
I will explain this just like my tutorial for 200 vines, Once you are first able to create Streams of Water on the mission "The Sacred Pool" Simply draw a stream of water using RT+A (Just like my Vine tutorial, It Dosen't matter how long you make the stream just as long as you begin to create it) and then simply press X before finishing drawing and It will count as 1 stream of Water created, Simply do this 199 more times or play through the story and you will eventually get the achievement after a lot of hard work and puzzle solving.
