This is during near end of the Navajo chapter, the longest chapter in the entire game. Everything related to the ritual is story related and obtain by playing through the chapter. When you have everything after talking to the Shimasani (the grandmother), go back outside to make a fire, get a stick, and draw the correct symbol on ground which is the X Button. Once that is done, everyone will automatically stand on an end point of the symbol as the Ritual needs five souls. To make the 5th soul work, switch to Aiden and levitate the last talisman. When the portal opens and the sandstorm entity (Y'iitsoh) is being sucked in. Have Aiden hit the entity into the portal three times. Afterwards, finish the chapter as normal.
