During the events of Nanajo, Jodie will be curious of why the Navajo family is afraid to go outside. On the 2nd night, ignore their request and head outside the front door anyway. While outside, go by the stone rock for shelter until you witness a vicious and ancient entity within the sandstorm. During the next sequences, the entity will chase after Jodie. For the trophy, you simply want to complete the entire sequence while only taking less than three hits. If you get hit more than three times you can just quit to the main menu and retry again by continuing.
