This will come at the beginning of chapter 4, Temple; at the end of chapter 3, Human Base, you come to a huge open area with a massive gate; a cut scene occurs in which Michelle orders her men to stop you; clear the area and open the gate - advancing triggers the beginning of chapter 4 but you won't be aware of this; you're now on an area with a staircase leading up to a gate, several waterfalls surround you, and there will be several of Michelle's men which you will have to kill from distance. Clear the area, open the gate, advance to the laser trap, and the trophy will unlock.
