There is one corner in the Spa drift section that should make this obtainable. It's the 180 degree right hand turn Rivage, Corner #10 in the track map shown below. Aim for at least a 6x multiplier and the target score should be within reach.

Use a Tier 3 or 4 balanced/drift car for this one. You will need some power to keep the slide going on long enough. Flashbacksshould be set to unlimited so you can retake bad sections or start the drift from the beginning entirely.
This may take a few tries, but perseverence and suitable use of flashbacks is the key to success here.
