This trophy is much easier than it sounds and you will probably end up getting it naturally as you play. Once you progress further into the game you will encounter red uniform enemies with rocket launchers. While engaged in a firefight with them, you will need to shoot one of the rockets while it is flying towards you. The rockets move VERY slowly, so shooting one is really easy. There will be many opportunities to earn this trophy.
