So after a while I have finally achieved this. This is probably one of the most time consuming achievements for the campaign; You need to complete all the challenges for headshots, kills, intel and grenade kills. The easiest would be getting the headshots and kill. For getting Intel you will need to collect the 45 intel laptops, Watch the tutorial below to find where all locations are. For grenades you will be able to do this over a few missions if you just spam the grenades or you could keep replaying the mission Atlas and using that to get your grenade kills. Make sure you reach a checkpoint otherwise challenge progess will not stick.
