To achieve this trophy/achievement you must. On the mission Traffic on the bit after the courtyard where you flank the armoured turret you have to climb a wall. You are now looking at a road where vehicles are driving at a high speed. What you must do is try to make it across the road without shooting at any of the civilian, driving vehicles. Once you have successfully crossed the road there will be some enemies, take them out to unlock the trophy/achievement. Make sure you do not try to take the enemies out from the other side as you might hit one of the vehicles, just make it across then take the enemies out from close range.
