On the mission Induction after progressing into the level, you will reach a small hut where conversation is exchanged. You'll then walk through a small trench a walking tank will walk above you. What you need to do is run forward and kill the enemies. Now run to the end of this area and jump on the turret. Once on the turret, use it in order to shoot the large swarm of drones in the air. After about 1 minute you will get the chance to EMP them, and do so immediately. As long as they didn't take out your walking tank the achievement will unlock.
