Drop 20 Money Pouches in the streets.

In order to get this achievement you must complete Memory 5 - Sequence 3 so you can unlock Money Pouches.

1. Make sure you have 4 Synchronization points so you can buy the pouches.
2. When you have them walk the streets and throw them, there is a slight delay in throwing them so it may take a while.
3. You can only hold 5 at a time so when you run out you may go to the shop to purchase more.

Once you have thrown 20 the achievement will be yours.

Stock up on money before you attempt this achievement this will make it easier and quicker whenever you do decide to attempt it.
The same goes for Synchronization points make sure you have the 4 required to get this.
Try throw the pouches near a shop, this will make sure you avoid unnecessary travel.
In order to throw a money pouch you have to press RB, Or you can hold RB to lob the pouch.
