Renovate your first Social Club.

In order to get this achievement you must renovate your first social club.

1. After you get your assassin robes and unlock Cafe Theatre, red house looking icons will appear on your map.
This is what they look like and also the location of them.
2. Go to one of these locations and purchase the social club.
3. A cut scene will then play and you will then get your achievement.

Have money ready to buy the social clubs, they do vary in price, the cheapest being around 500 Franc.
Also by doing this it will increase your income from Cafe Theatre, so you will get the achievement and IG money in the future so it is well worth it.
