Hello and welcome to my very first Halo 3 Skull guide!
This is the skull I will be showing how to collect. The skull name is "Thunderstorm"
Skull Effect:
Each enemy receives a field promotion and is upgraded to their next available level.
Campaign scoring multiplier: 1.5x
For this skull you need to choose the mission "The Covenant" and choose the difficulty Normal.
The Skull is located in the part of the level after you take command of one of the Hornets. Fly towards the second force field generator (the one the Arbiter disabled), and land. The skull is located at the very end of the ramp that extends out over the sea.

Only thing that sucks about this is you have to play through the whole mission and cannot start at a checkpoint and this is right in the middle. ._.
