Hello and welcome to my very first Halo 2 Skull guide!
This is the fourteenth skull I will be showing how to collect. The skull name is "iron"
Skull Effect:
Allies are immune to melee attacks
For this skull you need to choose the mission "High Charity" and choose the difficulty Legendary.
On the final grav-lift on "high Charity", look up. A skull will pass you by. Hold X as it passes you to receive the skull.

I always hated the effects of the Iron skull, if you get it never enable it. You're going to do a lot of restarting and the dialogue because very repetitive.
