If you start out playing Story mode games, this achievement cannot be unlocked until you reach Split Decision (Chapter 7) as that is when the Missile tower first becomes available. However, as soon as you beat Chapter 1 you can replay it in a non-Story mode and choose Fully Loaded mode, enabling you to unlock this as quickly as your second mission if you so desire.

There are 10 tower types and you will need to build at least one of each in the same game and then upgrade each to level 3 to unlock this achievement. You can keep them or sell them without impacting the achievement, and they do not all need to exist at the same time. The 10 tower types available are:

Boost (no upgrades available)
Gun
Inferno
Laser
Cannon
Temporal
Concussion
Meteor
Missile
Tesla



The achievement will unlock at the end of the mission, win or lose.
