Go to a car tuner and buy the pink metallic colour and yellow metallic colour. After that head to the HQ and equip both colours. Only the HQ lets you equip two colours at the same time(doesn't work at tuner!) You need to press X (Xbox) in the colour selection to equip a second colour. Lastly you need to drive 5 miles (8km) with your pink and yellow car to unlock the achievement.
