This can only be done after beating sequence 9! You have to complete sequence 9 to unlock the Ground Execution ability.
The following skills must be bought: One-Handed Weapon Master + Ground Execution + Staggering Strike.
Now equip a one-handed sword and use the Staggering strike to throw an enemy to the ground. When he is on the ground you must hold down the attack button. On Xbox you must press and hold A, A, X.
Make sure you have the On-handed weapon master skill. Without it you will only do a normal ground execution, but not the one that is needed for the achievement.
