Drank at every occasion.
For this achievement, there are three distinct occasions where you must pay for a drink at the bars inside the metro station. The first of these occurrences takes place in the Market fairly early on in the game. On the other hand, the other two both take place during the Polis level which is much later on in the game. Check out the video below for the locations of each occurrence.
