Killed the Watchmen attacking the Railcar without taking any damage.
This achievement is obtained on the level Regina. You will eventually come to a point where you will need to push a train cart with Regina in order to advance down the tracks. Once this happens, a few waves of Watchmen will ambush the back of your cart. You will have to kill them all before they have the opportunity of jumping onto your cart; if they do, you will fail the achievement. Remember you can always reload your checkpoint at any point if you make a mistake.
Using military grade ammo for an assault rifle is definitely a viable recommendation, as the damage output will help keep the Watchmen at bay. Whichever way you decide to deal with the Watchmen, once all four to five waves of enemies have been dealt with, the achievement is yours.
