Freed the Prisoners.
This achievement is obtained in the level Pavel. During your escape inside the prison, you will eventually reach an airlock on the upper floors of the prison. Beyond this room, lies a large hallway with the prisons control panel. Clear out all the enemies in this room whichever way you see fit and then pull the lever on the console on the other side of the room. This will free all the prisoners inside the prison and in turn, unlock the achievement.
