Drank at every occasion.
For this achievement, there are three occasions where you must pay for a drink at the bars inside the metro station. Fortunately, all three locations take place at the same bar in the Venice level. Simply approach the bartender, pay for your drink and then take a swig. Repeat this two more times here and the achievement will finally unlock before Artyom blacks out.
