Fully mod a weapon.

In order to get this achievement you must fully mod a weapon.
You must fully mod a weapon to do this, this can be done by going into any gun store and purchasing all upgrades for any gun, the gun is your choice. This is a fairly expensive achievement if you are only starting so waiting till you have progressed in the game isn't a bad idea.

You can get this when you play as Trevor easy! When you start playing as Trevor you have about $100.000
