This is the ninth Intel I will be showing how to collect.

For this Intel you need to choose the mission "Persona Non Grata" and choose any difficulty.

When you are attacked by the Russian drone from the air, Nickolai will tell Price about a weapons cache at the edge of town. Around the time when that dialogue occurs, look for a building on the right side of the street (the safehouse should be behind you). Check inside that house for a second floor room with the laptop. This house is before the 90 degree left turn that puts you face-to-face with the enemies holding the gate in the middle of the street.
