The ambulance time trials are exceptionally difficult. The times required are going to be less than they were in the Surgery location and with everything moving around, it's going to test your patience. Complete this the same way you complete Kali Mah!. The one positive we have in being in the ambulance is that organs that are cut from Bob will often just fly out of his body on their own. Here is a video of this being completed:
