Story trophy. ??????/Galgaliel is the boss in part 4 of branch D. You actually fight Five together with it, but first you have to destroy 99 dolls. After that, you must focus your attacks on Five since the dolls are invincible at that point. After reducing Five's health down to half, she will heal completely. You will have to reduce her health down to about half again, and then you must defeat all ??????/Galgaliel within 15 seconds, or else Five's health will be fully healed again...
