This achievement is exclusive to the Single Player Campaign and will unlock once you have killed at least one enemy with each of the following weapons:

Assault Rifle
Magnum
Sniper Rifle (Costs 1,000 XP per mission)
Spartan Laser (Costs 1,200 XP per mission)
Rocket Launcher (Cost 2,000 XP per mission)
Plasma Pistol (Grunts)
Plasma Repeater (Elites)
Shotgun
Dual SMGs
Needler (Jackals)
Focus Rifle (Major Elites)
Brute Shot (Brutes)
Remember, the Sniper Rifle, Spartan Laser, and Rocket Launcher must be purchased in the pre-game lobby of a mission. All the other weapons will either be a default starting weapon or be found throughout the map for a particular mission.
