Complete all of the Titans' Bounties

These are the Central City Bounties (AKA CC Bounties) for the various bounty missions which were introduced with the Lightning Strikes DLC. A teleporter to Central City can be found in the Tech Wings of your HQ. Once in Central City select the daily wrapper mission for the hero bounties, which is the BOUNTY: Meddling Heroes:

Black Lightning
Cyborg
Donna Troy
The Flash
Kid Flash
Nightwing
Raven
Starfire
Static

All of them can be found in Metropolis, Gotham City and Central City. It's self explanatory and can be done in a group or solo by yourself. In order to solo these bounties, just get the best gear in the game. You should have no issues soloing them, especially if your Combat Rating is over 103+.
