Obtain the Gold Wristband.-30G

Each time you complete and event such as a race or a bucket list item you will receive XP. The value of this XP depends on the event and also what difficulty and assists you are using. The higher the difficulty, the more XP you will earn. As you begin to accumulate XP you will rank up and progress through the different wristbands. To obtain gold you need to reach level 150. This will unlock naturally as you work towards the other achievements and in particular "All Your Race Are Belong To Us 2.0" so there isnt any need to grind it out early on.
