Text Tutorial:
1.) Pack-a-Punch a weapon (must shoot bullets)
2.) Look out of the map away from the Main frame on the right window
3.) Shoot the control panel on the obelisk with Pack-a-Punched Weapon
4.) Location #1 Go to the teleporter closes to you and in a spilled burner a monkey with a frag grenade will be hidden in the dark
5.) Location # 2 Where you activate the Power look the the right and up on a fire escape the bear will be towards the corner of one.
6.) Location #3 By the boilers near the teleporter you must jump and see the bear under water. This requires you to jump shot the bear
7.) COMPLETE! Go to the furnace below the location in step 6 then the GOLDEN Annihilator will be floating
