Easy weapon to get and you get it through a quest. You can only get this weapon by having Nick Valentine admire you meaning he has reached a certain point in the relationship with you that he can basically like you. He will give you a quest called "Long time coming" you have to get a few holotapes and I dont want to spoil the quest but at the end you will need to kill Eddie Winters, after doing so he will drop the gun and you can pick it up and enjoy your new unique!
Eddies peace - scoped .44, 50% extra limb damage
