This is a fun weapon to get as it requires you kill ALOT of enemies. I would suggest you be a high level for this and already have a decent gun loadout here and alot of stimpaks. All you need to do here is travel to "Quincy Ruins" and kill a man named "Clint" after killing him you will be able to pick the gun up !
