This is another very fun gun to get as it involes ALOT of killing to get to, BUT one thing is it requires master lockpicking. So bring bobby pins, good armour and some stimpaks. You must travel to "University Point". When entering you will a bank building to the right, go around back or well around the side and you will see a huge hole in the wall, enter and to the right you will see a door closed by a novice terminal. Hack the terminal and inside you will see another door, proceed through and then you will see a bunch of safes, pick them all until you find one with the red button inside which unlocks the safe, once inside the safe the gun is on the table in front of you.
