This is another gun that is a bit iffy in the description. Its easily obtained just by darting to the location and pickpocketing Vrigil and stealing it BUT you will also eventually find Virgil through the main quest. Virgil is located in the "Rocky Cave" a little bit past the "crator of atom" which is in the bottom left hand side of the map, its a bit out of the Commonwealth area but its technically not outside of the map. I would suggest just waiting till you find him through the main quest line rather than going after it early as this area has HIGH DEATHLY HIGH rads and alot of deathclaws. The gun is either a possible reward, you can steal it, or you can kill him and loot it.
