This guide is the easiest way I have found to get the trophy WITH ONLY 5 SETTLERS!.

First: The easiest place to do this is on Spectacle Island. So take all your crafting supplies there and make sure you have done all the steps to allow access to the workshop.

Second: Create a platform using the shack foundation to place either a large wooden prefab or create your own and place 5 beds inside then litter the place with paintings.

Third: Place 12 mutfruit in two separate locations (it is easier to see if a settler is assigned to it if they are in different places but doesn't matter)

Fourth: Create a second wooden structure to house 2 level 3 Clinics and 1 level 3 Food/Bar stall

Fifth: Place 5 industrial Water Purifiers and I think 5 or 6 large power generators to power everything (power generators depends on how many power required turrets you build in the next step). Easiest place to build these is down where you turn the generator on in the ship as you can connect everything to the pre built cable system so everything reaches up to the workshop area.

Sixth: Place turrets, it doesn't matter what kind as long as the defense is above 70+ but just overload it to be on the safe side.

Seventh: Build a Recruitment Beacon, a chair and a bell. Then wait using the chair 24 hours for a settler to appear. Once you have 5 turn the beacon off as if you go over 5 settlers this guide won't work.

Eighth: Ring the bell to call all settlers to you (sometimes settlers will be at the far side of the island so give them time to walk to you) and assign 2 settlers to the mutfruit trees and the other 3 to each of the stalls/shops.

Ninth: This is the longest step and Final and it requires you to just wait. Every day or so the happiness will increase by 1 so just keep waiting a day at a time and eventually it will get to 100 and the trophy will be yours.
