Dyeing your armor is a new feature in the Blood and Wine DLC of Witcher 3. You can customize the color of every armor piece. A merchant that sells dyes can be found at the harbor of Beauclair (the biggest city of Toussaint).
The dyes are very expensive (around 1000 crowns a piece). You need to buy one dye for every armor piece you want to customize. If the merchant runs out of dyes you can meditate for 1 hour and he will sell everything again. If you want the original armor color back you can use Dye Remover (sold by same merchant).
