For this achievement you must be in Goat Bay City. This achievement requires you to buy all 6 hats from the store "Weathers" Which is located opposite the skyscraper

In order for you to buy the hats you must first find money, Once you have found the money you must lick it to pick it up and then take it to the shop. From here on you will need to give it to the woman behind the counter and then pick a hat from the window, You must do this a total of 6 times.

The locations of the money (These can be quite small and hard to see)

One money is located in the bottom floor of the sky scraper behind the reception

Two money are located on the second floor of the skyscraper, Go through the main doors, Up the stairs and to the far right there will be two on the sofas.

Four Money are located outside the restaurant on the water front. As you go out of the shop "Weathers" Turn left head down the street, Just before you go on the bridge turn left and you will see the restaurant.

There are other locations but these are the closest and it gives you all the money you need.
