The Lost Brothers will be the ninth boss you fight. This boss fight will happen not long after you fight the Annihilator. You will have to fight and defeat both brothers, but you wont have to fight them simultaneously. One of the brothers deals fire damage, whilst the other deals lightning damage. They are both relatively easy and have similar attack patterns. Just be sure to have a high fire and/or lightning resistance armour equipped. Both brothers are best fought at a medium distance away from them. Move in to trigger their swiping physical attack and then attack them once they have finished their attack pattern. You can also attack from a distance using your gauntlet. Keep an eye on where the brother that you currently are not fighting has positioned himself on the ceiling, as when the brothers swap every so often, the brother on the ceiling will perform an area of effect attack which can deal a lot of damage.
