The active skills are tier 4 skills, in any category. To get this trophy you will need to grind XP and money in order to buy a tier 4 skill.

It costs 1500 XP to buy a skill from tier 1, 2250 for tier 2, 3500 for tier 3, and 5000 for tier 4. Make sure to buy all the skills on the same tree, there is a limit of skills, and if you buy skills on other trees, you may not be able to buy the 4 tier skill and you will need to create another character.

Once you have unlocked the active skill, play a mission and press [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to drop an item. Another player has to pick up this item for you to get the trophy.
