This trophy can be a pain but it's not glitched. You will need to get to the valve and deactivate it without being spotted, but once you turn the valve, all the nearest enemies will be on alert. So you will want to make sure that no one is near the stronghold before capturing it.

The easiest stronghold is the Biedul Manufacturing in the first Red Zone, Elmtree. Make sure to take all of the other strike points around this stronghold, this way there will be less enemies patrolling in the street.

Use the crossbow and the RC explosive cars to kill all the enemies inside the stronghold. You can enter the stronghold by destroying the ventilation or hacking the door.

Make sure there are no enemies patrolling around the stronghold and turn the valve. If the minimap turns red, you won't have the trophy.

/! Warning. Once you activate the side mission to capture the stronghold, you can't be spotted. Even if you're around the stronghold and you're being spotted by patrolling enemies, it will void the trophy for this stronghold. Even if you come back later in the game!

Make sure to restart the checkpoint if you have any doubt.
