In order to get this trophy you must kill the Monster while in a downed state. This would be hard to get naturally so boosting the trophy is the easiest way to get it.

Set up a multiplayer custom match with at least one other person. Have them be the Monster and let them take out all Hunters but you. Then you should damage the Monster until it a has small amount of health left, get the Monster to take you out so you are incapacitated and then you should easily be able to kill the Monster while incapacitated.
The trophy should pop at the end of the game.
