To obtain this trophy quickly, play a mode like Spec Ops or "Raise the Flag" and let a whole bunch of plants gather together then use the Robo Stomp to maximize kills and save time. An easy way to obtaining this would be either to play the "Raise the Flag" waves in the center of the battlefield or playing "Garden Ops" by yourself on easy to rack up kills with the desired method to get the trophy.
