This trophy can be a hassle due to the lack of environmental objects, and the toughness of some mobs.

The easiest way to do this trophy is in the Crossroads. There are a good deal of Zombies there that die instantly from some of the environmental objects. For the others in the area, you should weaken them down and then finish them off with environmental objects. You can simply reload the area over and over again. You should get anywhere from 10 to 20 enviro. kills per visit.
