You will unlock Timmy just by playing through the story levels. The easiest way I found to get this trophy is to switch one of your characters to Timmy and the other to Jophery Brown, the guy from the first level who can charge electricity panels, and then simply hit Timmy with his electrical stick, once you do trophy will unlock.
