For this trophy you need to perform melee kills on the three leaders. Whenever you get to an area they are located they will be marked as the main objective and impossible to miss. You are able to ride past most of the enemies on your horse so this is not very hard to achieve.

The leaders don't even shoot at you from what it looks like, too easy. He just looked surprised to see you on the second kill. Thanks for the video.
