Step 2: Open the folder containing your plugin(s) and open an additional Windows Explorer (CTRL + N).

Step 3: Locate the Paint.NET shortcut, right click the shortcut icon and select "Open File Location".

Step 4: Windows Explorer will open with a page within Program Files and Paint.NET.

Step 5: Open the "Effects" folder.

Step 6: Open both the downloaded folder with the new plugins, and the "Effects" folder, and move all of the plugins located in the downloaded folder into your "Effects" folder.
