Mission 2
At the start of mission 2, teleport over the fence and then run down the stairs on the right to get to an alley. There's an open gate that leads up the stairs to the Colibron Plaza. There's a dude on a stage practicing a speech, surrounded by several guards. Sneak down the stairs on the left (use displace to stay undetected), then pull the lever in the basement while the guy on the stage is standing on the trapdoor. From the basement you can look up and see where he's walking on the stage. It's best to create a manual save game here. The timing is important.
