This is a simple method to unlocking the attribute boosts at the new paper stand. In order to get the boosts, you are going to need to get the NEWS NEWS shirt. Here are the simple steps in order to unlock it.

1. Play MyCarrer Games until you recieve a text message from brian asking for a partnership. You can eithier pick between 10 VC and 200 VC.
2. Select the 10 VC option.
3. Once selected, you will be prompted a text message telling you that the shirt has been put in your MyCourt Closet.
4. Enter your Highrise, and go to the closet. Select the NEWS NEWS shirt.
5. Walk over to the News Stand which can be located near the Pro-Am walkon Entrance.
6. Press A/X to talk to the station.
7. You will be put in a unskipable cut scene.

You have now permantly unlocked the attribute boosts feature in NBA 2K18
