Luckily My Shield Will Protect Me 25 Gamerscore.
Successfully use a shield to block 20 attacks.
You will happen to get an onscreen notification when one of the other karts targets you with a rocker or Uzi, when you see this activate the shield power-up. You can also activate it before driving over an oil patch.
The most easiest way to boost this is in a local co-op like pick up an Uzi with the second controller or you can just drop back in a single player race so you can be targeted by the opponents.
