After your riding the rollercoaster the next area is called sideshow alley. As soon as you walk into it go to the newspaper article tand hit the read button and by doing that go to the middle area center and there will be pills on a table pick them up. Take the pills, follow the area around where it leads. The gate will open to leave and head out the area.
