Take optional photo #6 in Episode 1: Chrysalis
When you enter in Victoria's Room located in the dorm, if you turn around so you are facing the door, there will be a bunch of pictures in a grid like thing to the left of the door, if you interact with them, it will create a photo opportunity, a quick snap later and you'll have your achievement.
